We want you to love your purchase from SHEMP. ! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know right away. Please send an email to customerservice@shempyarn.com

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

Items as noted must have been purchased from shempyarn.com within the past 30 days from the date of your order.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 
Items must be return in original packaging.
Items purchased as bundles or closeout are not eligible for returns.
Accessories purchased from the SHEMP SHOPPE are not returnable these items include SHEMP mascots, Project Caddies and other items which will be noted in our catalog.
Regarding apparel: You still have 30 days to mull it over, but labels need to be intact and packaging must be unopened.

Cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds

For returns, your refund will begin processing as soon as the accepted items are scanned as delivered to our warehouse.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Please check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@shempyarn.com

What if my package is lost

SHEMP  is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. While we will do our best to answer any questions about your shipment, USPS should be contacted directly to resolve the issue.  You can track your package, find missing mail, or initiate a claim at the USPS website at www.usps.com.
